An innovation in response to current needs
Yassine Mountacif launched Unissey after completing his studies at the École Polytechnique and obtaining a master's degree in entrepreneurship at Berkeley. The basic idea was to measure a person's physiological parameters without touching them. This approach quickly evolved into a response to a major problem: fraud and identity theft in the digital world.
Simple and secure facial authentication
Unissey offers a SaaS solution based on cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology. It enables businesses to secure processes requiring remote interaction. Facial authentication is based on a simple video selfie, with no additional requirements such as head movements or questions.
Unissey guarantees optimum security thanks to double verification. Firstly, passive live detection ensures that the user is actually present in front of the camera. Secondly, facial comparison guarantees a biometric match with the reference photo.
